Plus 90 for women is our newest treatment for labial and vaginal tightening. Plus 90 treats the vagina for urinary incontinence, laxity, dryness, and hypersensitivity. It is a highly effective and relatively simple, non-surgical treatment for the management of many vulvovaginal issues.

As with many other cosmetic procedures, the cost of Plus 90 will depend on the number of treatments required. Please set up an appointment with a Midtown Skin Studio Specialist to discuss a treatment plan that works for you. The majority of patients require two to three sessions about 3-4 weeks apart, and most patients notice a difference after only one treatment. Many of our patients tell us they see results immediately, with continued results over the following weeks. Patients may require maintenance treatments once a year.
PLUS 90 results are typically effective for at least a year following the treatment. Maintenance treatments can be used every 12 to 18 months to prolong the effects.
PLUS 90 is not painful! Most patients may have slight discomfort during and immediately after treatment, but not pain. Some patients will experience no discomfort at all.
During the procedure, a special attachment is inserted into the vagina and admits short laser pulses through a small handpiece to the surface of the vagina and vulva. Patients can expect to feel a heating sensation during treatment, which stimulates the formation of new collagen and strengthens the tissue. The procedure is pain-free and patients will only feel a slight heat sensation.
One PLUS90® treatment session typically takes between 15 to 20 minutes.
Your physician will determine the best treatment plan for you. The majority of patients typically require 2-3 PLUS 90 treatments approximately 3-4 week apart. While many of our patients see visible results after 1 session, they will continue to see improved results over the course of their treatments and may decide to come back yearly for a touch up appointment. Preparation for your first appointment is minimal and there is no recovery time needed, meaning you can get back to normal everyday activities quickly.
There are no post-op precautions that are necessary. Patients can immediately return to their normal everyday activities, however it is recommended that patients should abstain from sexual intercourse for 1-2 weeks following the treatment. It is also recommended to abstain from heavy-lifting and long periods of exercise for up to 14 days.
PLUS 90 results are semi-permanent; results have shown to be stable for up to 18 months post-treatment, when they begin to slowly diminish. Patients will only need a top-up treatment every 12-18 months (or when needed) to maintain the lasting optimal results.
